With 20 years of Customer Service experience, Jim's number one goal is to ensure satisfaction every step of the way. His background includes work in the Hospitality Industry with companies including; The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott Hotels, Planet Hollywood and Siemens Westinghouse. Jim has held roles as a Training Manager, Hotel Operations Manager and Technical Trainer. Jim is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he received a Bachelors Degree in Communications. He spent time as a Disc Jockey for AM Radio in the Philadelphia and Delaware markets. He currently lives in Windermere with his girlfriend of eight years. Jim's previous role was serving as the Technical Trainer and Sales Manager for Watson Realty Corp's. Southwest Orlando office. In addition, he attained the Sales Associate level of President's Club in 2004 & 2005. Jim is currently the Managing Broker of Real Living Real Estate Solutions where he hopes to provide excellent leadership, professionalism and integrity.
