A Fresh Look at Recruiting
I recently wrote a Blog for Active Rain that spoke about a new Recruiting model. There are many new agents out there that seem lost and unsure of what they are doing. Many of them look to partner up with others for that extra security and often then, there are 2 agents that are lost. At Real Living Real Estate Solutions, we have created a market Specialist position. This position is designed out of the need to gain more listings and for newer agents to become experts in a specific zip code or two.

Agents need to have more avenues in their career. If they are trained properly and feel that they can be productive and successful, they will stay in the business longer and become excellent Realtors!
