The days of sitting in the office and waiting for the phone to ring are over! It is time to get back on the street and be in front of those who can bring you some money. This not only means the customers but also the mortgage people and lenders that are making the deals happen. Old relationships may have to remain at a friendship level because when it comes to business, well survival is the key!
You have heard that if you do things the same way everytime, you will get the same results. This has never been more true than in Real Estate today. Be creative, get out there and show people why YOU stand heads and shoulders above the other agents. If not, you may find yourself either making the coffee for the whole office or getting out of the business.
I learned a long time ago that when someone does not get the message you give that it may be as a result of you not communicating effectively rather than them not understanding it.
