Ah, Life as an Agent...What type of agent are you?
When you hear the word, "Agent", what comes to mind?
Hollywood Agent - Helping the stars get work
Insurance Agent - Helping people have security
Real Estate Agent - Helping people find their dream home
The point is that just the word Agent isn't enough. We need to be vigilant in getting our industry into the front of everyone's mind. We need to ensure that when someone hears the word agent, they think of us. Easier said than done, right?
Real Estate, especially in today's economy, has been through many bumps and bruises. The only thing that has remained constant, is you! You haven't changed. Your goal is still to keep customers for life and provide them with excellent customer service. "But the buyers have gone away", you hear people say. Go find them. Make them want to work with you because you set yourself apart from the others. Make a difference in what you do and you will be busy through the ups and downs of the market.
