After successfully passing your Real Estate School class test, you then have to successfully pass the State test. The state test is also a 100 question test and you need to pass with a 75 out of 100. 10 of the 100 questions are on math. You must file an application with the state and be approved to take the state test. Part of the state application requires you to submit your fingerprints as they will conduct a criminal background check on you. Be sure and follow all of the instructions very carefully as the State will send forms back to you that have not been completed properly. It is a good idea to get these forms, along with your fingerprints in with your money to the state prior to completing your Real Estate school.
