Real Ping Technology sounds like a Reality show about Ping Pong. When I first was shown this technology, I was simply blown away. Real Ping allows visitors to our agent's websites have immediate access to thos agents through the telephone. The best part is that the computer is making the connection so there is no cost to the customer.
At Real Living Real Estate Solutions in Orlando, we have a few agents who have signed up for this technology. The cost is $9.95 per month and it gives the agents the ability to set their online schedule as to when they are available. If an Agent begins their day at 8AM and ends at 9PM, the "Talk with me Now" button will appear and disappear during the scheduled times.
The customer selects this button and is told to give a number where they want to be contacted. The agent's phone is then called and a series of "11111111's" show up on the caller ID. This signifies that the call is coming from their website. The two callers are connected through the internet.
Real Ping technology also allows for up to 10 URL's to be pre-loaded so that when the agents asks if the caller is pre-qualified, they can send them to a website for the Mortgage Company. How cool is that? It pops up on the callers computer screen.
It doesn't get much better than this.
