Any Sign of Life?

An interesting thing happened yesterday. One of our agents has been doing a tremendous amount of research on the condo market and posting it all on his blog. His readership is HUGE due to the fact that he spends a lot of time analyzing the pricing and sales trends. He walked into my office and said the he was able to find out that one buyer is buying up units in a new luxury loft building in downtown Miami. He found out her name and number and called her to ask her if it was true. She told him that yes, it was true. She and her partners had decided that now was the time to start buying the best units in the best buildings at the best prices. We talked about it in the office and we all agreed that this was indeed a positive sign of life in a market that has been continuously hammered by the press.
It was a moment of excitement in the office. We all have buyers that are able and ready, but not willing due to the fact that they keep reading in the paper and online that the market has not reached bottom. That is a topic for another post. To me the most exciting part about the story is that our agent actually has the time to do the analysis that most other agents could never do. Why? Because of the Real Living Business Center. So much of the daily administrative operation of running his business is either automated, or made to be extremely efficient. He loves his blog. Personally I would rather get a massage, but you get the point. Real Living’s technology and tools give all of us a little extra free time to do what we want to do. Even have a life!
