Real Living eNewsletter Strikes Again

I don't know why I'm surprised when it happens, because it is supposed to happen, that is its purpose. To generate automatic contact with customers and prospects and turn them into business.
I'm talking about the automated enewsletter that Real Living provides to all of it's agents every month. All I have to do is continue to input contacts into my Real Living Business Center contact management system and check the little box that indicates that I would like them to receive the enewsletter. Then I just sit back and wait for the email from Real Living that tells me the enewsletter is ready to be customized. I go into my business center, write whatever I want to write as an intro for that month, or not, and all of my contacts automatically get it. And it just works. The December enewsletter went out on December 5. On December 7th, I received an e-mail from a lead that I was working on months ago for a great listing. He had decided to wait.
Guess what? He wanted to list his property right away. It's already in the MLS and a full marketing campaign is underway. Thank goodness I checked that little box!
